Naomi White was born in Leeds, England. After starting classical flute at age 9 and later studying jazz tenor sax at the Leeds College of Music she moved to Scandinavia in 1999 where there is a thriving popular music scene and joined a top quality international dance band which took her around the world. It was here that she started seriously to sing and it was the setting for developing musical and entertainment skills in a difficult and competitive arena. She gained a growing reputation in this circle for her singing and instrumental skills on saxes and flute. In 2003 she left the band and diversified into various areas firstly with brilliant US guitarist Kenneth Alan, which has excited audiences from the Copenhagen pub and jazz scenes to the up-market venues of St Moritz. More recently she toured with the veteran singer P J Proby. In 2004 she met William Fanni and together they have built an increasingly successful duo partnership, with engagements in St Moritz, Lugano, Lenk and Montreux throughout the years.
